TSM TECH has developed the etching equipment for Shadow
Mask, a core component of CRT Monitor and TV Braun tube,
and Lead Frame for semiconductor IC by our own technology.
Our unique design applying Titanium material and Know-How
of precise fabrication process can allow us to meet the
customers' satisfaction by improving the durability and
productivity.
Under the continuous R&D and experience of FPD equipment
design, TSM TECH also has started to provide WET equipment
recently.

By applying 3-D concept to the display design, TSM
TECH can achieve the practicality and flexibility of the equipment
to meet the customers' needs in actual operation.
As a result, we built up the foundation of ideal system of
ERP equipment and can provide TOTAL SOLUTION from the design
/ fabrication to the installation based on Turn-Key base.
